Not only do we KNOW digital marketing, we understand what it takes to successfully market digitally. Wether you are a senior business owner or a start up, at Know Marketing we know you are busy so we'll be transparent with this process by following these steps:

Step #1: Education 

Upfront, we have at least one meeting where we learn about your business and your goals. You can evaluate us and our expertise, and we will learn how we can best help you.

Step #2: Marketing Plan 

Unless you only need graphics, there needs to be a plan that specifies what your goals are and what success looks like for marketing efforts. If you have one, great. If not, we can create one for you. If you contract for more than $2000 in marketing services, we’ll create your plan for free.

Step #3: Execution

You will receive your marketing services according to the timeline you approve of. You will have plenty of opportunity to give feedback and make adjustments.

Step #4: Evaluation 

For ongoing services like social media management or online advertising, we will provide monthly reporting showing effort and results.
